Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle user interface, you can create a brand new email mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings easily. Besides, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, create email filters, create auto-reply messages and defend your email boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your electronic mail accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create an e-mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the mail account you wish to forward mails from, then choose the target email mailbox and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your personal computer or mobile phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box account will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will handle the rest. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
